I’m a mom of two, a former university-level athlete, and someone who has always believed in the power of movement, not just to change your body, but to shape your confidence and your life. My work is grounded in years of experience both as an athlete and as a woman navigating the many transitions life brings. Along the way, I saw how often women are given fitness advice that feels overwhelming, unrealistic, or disconnected from their actual lives and I knew there was a better way.

I built my coaching practice by going deeper. Through extensive education, specialized certifications, and hands-on experience, I’ve developed an approach that blends evidence-based strength training with practical nutrition and lifestyle support. Before launching my independent coaching business, I co-founded a women’s health clinic and worked closely alongside pelvic floor specialists and other practitioners. That experience shaped the way I coach today, collaborative, informed, and deeply respectful of the female body.
