Meet Shannon
I’m a mom of two, a former university-level athlete, and a lover of all things movement. I’ve always been passionate about pushing my limits and finding joy through physical activity.
My journey into women’s strength training truly began during my first pregnancy. I quickly realized that the fitness information available for prenatal and postnatal women was confusing, inconsistent, and often not rooted in real-life experience. My postpartum recovery was no different—so I took matters into my own hands.
I dove deep into the research, earned specialized certifications, and made it my mission to help other women navigate the same path. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond—including menopause fitness coaching and pelvic floor support.
Before launching my independent coaching business, I co-founded a women’s health clinic where I worked alongside pelvic floor specialists and other practitioners. That experience deepened my knowledge of women’s health and inspired me to create my own practice — one where I can focus fully on empowering women through strength, movement, and confidence at every stage of life
