Train in a small group of 2–4 women and enjoy the perfect balance of personalized coaching and community energy. These semi-private sessions are great for prenatal fitness, postnatal recovery, or staying strong through the menopause transition, all with expert guidance and a supportive vibe.

Group Fitness for Women 50+
Looking to build strength, stay active, and feel great after 50? This group fitness class is designed specifically for women over 50 who want to get into strength training in a safe, supportive, and fun way. You'll improve core stability, balance, and functional strength using dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, and bodyweight exercises plus some heart-healthy conditioning to boost energy and endurance.

I’m a women’s health and fitness coach passionate about supporting women through every stage of life including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, 50+, and beyond. Whether you're stepping into fitness for the first time or you're a lifelong athlete navigating a new chapter, I’m here to help you feel strong, capable, and empowered in your body.
As a former university-level athlete and now a mom of two (I very much consider myself to still be an athlete), movement has always been a part of my life but I know that’s not the case for everyone. That’s why I meet you where you are. Whether you're rebuilding after baby, navigating the changes of menopause, or anywhere in between, I create sustainable fitness solutions that fit your real, busy life.
My approach blends education, encouragement, and evidence-based strategies to help you build strength, confidence, and resilience—for today and for the long run. Because nothing feels as good as feeling good feels.
